How nice to be able to express ourselves from the comfort of bed! Life is an adventure of love, gratitude, respect and giving, with the occasional serve of squinty annoyed eyes. For some archaic reason, it is not possible to get married for same-sex partners in Australia.

That’s a difficult concept to explain to children. It’s a difficult concept for adults.

We do not think anyone should believe that same-sex love is “less”. That just seems like state-sanctioned justification to discriminate. How can our children value themselves and their peers? How can we? Everyone should have the right to choose who to love, and how to express it. It’s a no-brainer.
